A little girl is well on her way to fulfilling her dream to throw a first pitch at every Major League Baseball park.
Hailey Dawson, 7, was born without three of her fingers due to a rare disease, according to a video by Bleacher Report. She has a prosthetic hand made from a 3-D printer.
She loves baseball and she’s on a mission to prove she can do anything she sets her mind to. She threw first pitches at two MLB games in the past, once for the Baltimore Oriels and 2015 and once of the Washington Nationals in June 2017. She has 28 teams to go and plans to set a record for the most number of first pitches.
