A group of unique students at a school in Las Vegas got an experience they never dreamed they would have thanks to members of their community.

Students at the John F. Miller School are severely disabled. Many of them rely on wheelchairs to get around and are non-verbal. Employees at KVVU-TV came together to throw the school’s five graduating seniors an event they’ll never forget.

The team surprised employees and families with an extravagant graduation ceremony. Then afterwards, the followup with a special prom event, complete with food and entertainment from Cirque Du Soleil.

Families and staff members at the school were overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity for their community.

The event was put together by a the KVVU-TV’s Suprise Squad.
