Amy Schumer has been in the public eye for more than 10 years, but that doesn’t mean being criticized daily doesn’t wear on her.
“At first it hits you like a ton of bricks,” she told Hot Topics host Heather Catlin.
Schumer said over the years the insults have only gotten worse, but she’s learned that no matter what she does she’ll face criticism.
“It’s so insane that it’s kind of cool because you can’t even keep up, it’s impossible,” Schumer said.
“I feel pretty immune to it so I can kind of laugh at it now.”
Her new movie, “I Feel Pretty” is in theaters April 20, 2018.
