WWE superstar John Cena proved you can work out even without equipment by grabbing Al Roker and squatting him on the spot.

During a segment on the “Today Show,” Cena demonstrated a few simple exercises to tone abs and glutes. He demonstrated how adding a little extra weight can help get results faster by grabbing Al Roker, who sat the segment out, and squatting him.
