All you need are two five-pound weights.

Five minute workout: 

1. Reverse Lunge with bent elbow raises – 30 seconds right, 30 seconds left.

2. Power punch up – 30 seconds

3.  Reverse fly – 30 seconds

4. Romanian dead lift – 30 seconds

5. Squat bicep curl – 30 seconds

6. Squat tap – 30 seconds right; 30 seconds left

7. Side leg lift – 30 seconds right; 30 seconds left
