Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, formerly known as Kate Middleton, has given birth to a baby boy, Kensington Palace tweeted Monday.

Update Apr 23, 2018 1:42 PM EDT: White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders congratulated the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on Monday after the duchess gave birth in London to their third child.
“From one mother to another, I know the reality of being outnumbered can be very scary but I know she and Prince William will continue to be great parents,” Huckabee Sanders said.

Royal family representatives said in a statement that the duchess plans to leave St. Mary’s Hospital later Monday.
