KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. – Hospice workers helped an 87-year-old patient’s vision of a winter wonderland come true by helping her build her very own snowman.
Ionia Moore of Kings Mountain, North Carolina has been wanting to build a snowman since Thanksgiving, according the a post by Hospice Cleveland County.
On Sunday, staff members finally helped her fulfill her wish, and helped her build a table top snowman on her her patio.
“Mrs. Moore can see the snowman while in bed and is a VERY happy lady! Thank you to these amazing staff memebers who went above and beyond the call of duty to make a patient’s day,” the hospice center wrote on Facebook.
