A truck driver is going viral after sharing photos of a day he spent babysitting his daughter’s doll.
Trent McCain owns a trucking company in Kansas. He explained on the McCain Enterprises LLC Facebook page that his 9-year-old daughter, Joselyn, asked him to babysit her doll, Abbie.
His daughter insisted that Abbie wanted to go trucking.
“This morning before I leave, she reminds me I’m babysitting today,” wrote McCain. “Well being the good ‘Grandpa,’ I agree to take her. We decided to have a little fun and post pictures of our travels.”
McCain uploaded several photos of Abbie having fun on the road. One photo shows her buckled up in the passenger seat and another shows her having a Coke and a Slim Jim as a snack.
But like most doting mothers, little Joselyn didn’t approve of the snack.
“Slim Jims and Coke was a little questionable,” McCain told Inside Edition. “She thought she maybe needed a milk.”
Abbie even spent some time with her great-grandpa, AKA Joselyn’s grandpa.
Abbie even helped with loading and unloading grain.
Overall, McCain and Abbie had a great day.
“Abbie and Grandpa have had a good day, and glad we could bring a little entertainment to our friends,” wrote McCain on Facebook.
