SOUTHPORT, England  – A family has a new addition after the father delivered the baby when a sneeze sent his wife into labor.

According to the Liverpool Echo, Rachel Singleton of Southport, England was enjoying dinner with her family at home when her husband sprinkled pepper on a plate.

“When he sprinkled some pepper on his plate, it made me sneeze and that was it,” said Singleton. “My water broke.”

Rachel contacted her midwife, but things were moving quickly. Her husband, Mark, jumped into action and helped deliver the baby.

Baby Hugo Singleton was born Wednesday weighing 7 pounds, 15 ounces.

“He came out and he was crying and healthy, and we were overjoyed,” said Rachel.
