TULSA, Okla. – A mystery man spent hundreds of dollars Monday at a Dollar Tree store in Oklahoma, footing the bill for 10 strangers.

People at the Dollar Tree in east Tulsa said a man came into the store around 5:30 p.m. and told the cashier he wanted to pay for the people’s items.

“He came in, walked up to my register and he said … ‘I’ll pay for their stuff,'” cashier Jackie Brown said.

The man paid for the next 10 customers, spending about $600 over an hour.

“He said he just wanted to bless some people,” Brown said. “I just thought, ‘There’s still some good people out there.'”

Customers said they were surprised and overwhelmed with gratitude.
