Barber James Williams is celebrating a big win, giving one of his favorite customers a proper haircut for the first time ever.

According to his Facebook post, the little Mason was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder a few months ago.

His parents’ friends in the U.K. recommended they take Mason to James whenever he needed a haircut.

James said for the past few months, he’s been trying out different ways to cut Mason’s hair without much luck.

“He wouldn’t allow me to go near one of his ears. He would run away if he wasn’t up to it,” James wrote on Facebook.

On Tuesday, he finally got it right. The he was able to trim away as Mason laid flat on the floor, playing on a phone. Mason laid on the ground right next to him and cut Mason’s hair.

“What gave the finishing touch, I asked for a high-five, he hugged me,” wrote James.
