Duchess Catherine and first lady Melania Trump are both known as fashion icons in their respective countries and all over the world, and by the looks of it, they are taking style cues from each other.
As fall moves into winter, the first lady and Duchess of Cambridge have been debuting their cozy and chic looks with coat dresses we totally envy!
Here’s a look at some of their best matching moments in case you need a little fashion inspo:
The Blue Coat Dress
The first lady and the Duchess were totally winning in these separate appearances wearing nearly the same blue coat. Trump wore her outfit this week when she departed the United States to join her husband, President Donald Trump, on a 11-day, five country tour through Asia. Catherine donned her blue coat in 2015 while attending an event in Dundee, Scotland.
Ladies in Red
Melania and Catherine twinned again in these stunning red coat dresses. Catherine wore her frock complete with a poppy pin as she met with volunteers and staff from The Royal British Legion’s London Poppy Day in November 2013. Melania donned her red coat when the First Family traveled to Paris in July. (Honorable mention: French first lady Brigitte Macron’s white dress and blue pumps.)
The Dark (Plum) Side
Pretty in plum! On Nov. 7, Melania stunned in a dramatic plum coat with an added pop of color in her blue pumps as she visted South Korea with her husband. For Christmas 2016, Catherine attended Christmas Day services with her family at St. Mark’s Church in Bucklebury, Berskire.
And, that time they both channeled Jackie O
Who wouldn’t take a style cue from Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis? Both Melania and Catherine wore similar powder blue frocks on separate pivitol appearances in their lives. Melania made heads turn when she channeled Jackie O in her blue dress and coordinating gloves during the inauguration of President Trump while Catherine donned more of a periwinkle take on it in Oct. 2016 during an appearance in the Netherlands.
Melania also pulled a Duchess Catherine when a dress she wore in August sold out in minutes! Her midi-length white and yellow dress designed by Delpozo she wore getting on a plane from New Jersey to D.C. that retailed for $2,300 sold out just one day after she was photographed wearing it, according to Vogue!
